When it is too cold or too hot outside, many enjoy using the treadmill. It definitely helps you avoid the injuries that occur from running on cement or asphalt. One suggestion - find a partner to jog or walk next to you so that the will pass by quicker. Of course, using an Ipod or watching a good TV show can pass the time away as well. The key is being consistent and making it fun by doing different types of workouts on the treadmill.

Vitamin C helps strengthen the immune system. Fresh squeezed orange juice and bell peppers are an excellent source of Vitamin C. However, you can take 1,000 mg of Vitamin C with can also boost your immune system and will help with bleeding gums.
